spinning

when i spin around (ie like a kid does)- i get really dizzy and nauseous.. this is only after spinning around once? is this normal? My eyes seem to loose ability to focus on something afterwards.
any ideas?

forgot to add that i also get tight/pressure in my head when i spin..

my first suggestion would be not to spin around! lol! second would be that maybe you have the start of a sinus infection. make an appt. with your dr and let them have a look. a sinus infection can cause a lot of pressure in your nasal passages/head. most likely is nothing, but better safe than sorry! let us know what you find!
