spondylothesis

I had a pars defect with a l1s5 fusion 4 yrs ago I was much better for first two years still had pain and uncomfortable in some positions but i could walk a mile sit and was happy. I started geeting a little numbness back in my right and some times left leg pain just above my fusion when sitting. In the last few months poor sleeping at times unable to get comfortable after in bed for 2-3 hrs very stiff sor in mornings. I have to make myself get up and go after a very hot shower 30 min drive to work a lot of limping i am better for 3-4 hours other than numbness comming and going in leg and foot ankle pain and calf pain some times groing pain. I sit for a few mins hurt stand feel better then hurt. About 3oclock in  the after noon I am ver stiff sore have leg pain and sharp pain in right or left hip. I go home at 530 drive 30 mins struggle out of truck change sit in recliner and pain goes away untill i get up to walk and my wife says i walk like Elmer Fudd. Some nights not that bad but several in a month. I put off getting the MRI my doc requested until last week I am tired and have tried many types of pills they dont work or allow me to do my job so i wont take them as i still hurt. The nurse called me and gave me the results of the mri She said it showed a mild anterior    Protrusion with spondylothesis l1 s5 Since my last availiable mri. and wanted know what surgeon i wanted to see. My question is can i have with after i am already fused l1 s5 and does this mean it has slipped more since surgery which i asume means the fusion didnt take.
