stenosis symptoms or ms?

I am a 48 year old female. Have had thoracic spine pain and neck pain for last 10 months. Diagnosed with Thoracic and Cervical DJD, spinal stenosis and herniated disc C5/6. Have had symptoms over the last 10 months including numbness, tingling, weakness, clumsiness in my hands, tremors in my hands and the pain as mentioned above. Also urinary urgency. Memory problems with especially with recalling names (words too - but less so) has seemed worse lately, but could just be age... Had a vertigo episde that lasted for a couple of days, then tapered off over a week or so. Was given high dose rapid taper prednisone course which improved numbness and weakness greatly (and pain temporarily). I have been treated with PT (twice - for 5 weeks first time - and currently last 2 months) including traction, pain and strength and neck range of motion has improved with PT. Later was having arthritis pain in my hip as well, so I began taking Mobic. This has helped the pain with the hip, neck best, and the thoracic spine for the most part, but not entirely - still source of most pain. Had MRI's of c-spine (no contrast) and brain (with contrast). Both clear of lesions. In the last several weeks I noticed some slight shaking in my legs when I did some stretching, Two weeks ago I had an episode of dizziness and feeling off balance and trembling legs out of the blue. Lasted for about an hour - and went to bed before it was really gone. The next morning my legs were a little shaky. This came and went over the next few days, but mostly when I would exercise or stretch. Tapered off after a few days. I still have some shakiness in my legs, kind of a vibration feeling sometimes... (Which I have noticed in my hands sometimes too). Recently I have been fighting depression - I guess mostly from frustration about this. I used to be a totally upbeat person. Now if I'm distracted I can shake the blues. Today when I was driving in the car. I was gesturing with my hands as I talked to my friend, and each time I dropped my hand to my lap (either leg) my thigh would give a jumpy reflex. I am so very frustrated by all of this, the Neurologist I have seen keeps saying that because the brain looks good it's a low probability of MS, but I mentioned that my tremors got worse after a hot shower she said that did fit with MS... butstill said the brain looked so good.... I have read that people have MS and clear MRI's Saw an ENT last week - because of dizzy episode, to rule out Meniere's and anything he might find. I am going back to see Neuro in a few weeks, to check up on this more recent stuff. I'm wondering if an MRI of the thoracic spine would be a good idea, since that's where I have most pain. Can spinal stenosis cause all these symptoms? Can anyone suggest what I can ask to pursue? My lessened fine motor skills and tremors have affected my work and life and outlook a lot. Sorry this is so long. Any suggestions appreciated!!!!
