still burning

on aug,14, 09 i posted a question about a burning sensation in my shoulder upper left arm and numbness in my armpit. there was no answer posted that fitted my situation, since then my dr. has set me up with a neuroligist. now the pain has eased up in my shoulder but has increased in my arm and arm pit the burning pain is almost unbearable. as i said before i have had this in other parts of my body and after a while it always went away,but this time it is lasting a long time/ can abyone help.
