stinging ticklish sensations need some answers PLEASE!!!!

I get these very disturbing uncomfortable sensations that start either in my solar plexus or base of throat and sometimes upper pharynx that travel up or down between the three.  Sometimes these sensations are just in my throat or pharynx or solar plexus and when the travel downwards to my leg it feels like restless leg.genital syndrome.  The sensation I speak about feels like a ticklish stinging sensation and when it gets intense it stings really bad and will make my eyes cringe the sting is so intense.  I have hashimotos thyroiditis and have been put on levothyroxine 50mcg and just came back from the mayo clinic a month ago bc they though these sensations could be simple partial seizures and they did MRI's and SPECT scans with nothing to find but still are not ruling out the seizure aspect.  I am also on 400mg of Lamictal and 1200mg of gabapentin and they have helped a little but not enough to be satisfies at all bc I am still getting these sensations regardless.  I also suffer from depression that comes and goes since the beginning when these symptoms started at the same time when I was diagnosed with the hashimotos.  I also had the Ebstein barr virus and MRSA six months before all of this started.  I know this is a lot and I figured I would write something on here to see if anyone has an answer bc I have spent countless money on doctors with no answers.  Please help! It would be greatly appreciated.
