stomach pain...no insurance

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 2 years ago and have been on alot of pain medicines and tried the popular meds but they werenot helpful. I have a regiment of pain meds and barely deal with my daily life routines. I now am having extreme stomach problems... nausea, bloating, rapid heart rate after I eat and blodd pressure drop at the same time. I also have xtreme stomach pain on top of the fibro pain. My doctor said maybe I need my gall bladder removed even though I had a scan and no stones were visible. Are my stomach problems related to FMS?? I'm so sick all the time... I'm only 46 (female) and my quality of life is not what it should be. How can I take care of myself or get help with no insurance. I do not qualify for any state help due to being a student. Sorry...long story and this is the first time I'm speaking out...I'm desperate. I know I have to deal with the FMS pain daily but how can I cure my stomach disorder??
