subarachnoid cyst

i was diagnosed with a moderate abnormality right frontal lobe, measuring 5.5cm ap dimension and occuping a good portion of the frontal lobe told me it was a subarachnoid cyst causing mild mass effecton frontal hornright lateral ventricle ? can someone tell me what is surgical procedure and explain the size this is equivalent to?
