subdural hematoma

secondary to a cerebellar hemangioblastoma.
This is a supplement question.
I have taken 100 mg twice a day of phosphatydlserine for over 2 years with impressive results in memory and concentration.
I ran across acetyl l-carnatine just recently.  Can I take this with the PS?

Hi,

Yes it is ok to these two together. L acetyl carnitine when taken in combination with phosphatidyl serine is known to enhance brain functions to a considerable extent.
However it is best to check with your doctor first as he should be aware of all the supplements you are taking.

My wife was released from the hospital after the attending physician took x-rays of her skull, said there was nothing broken bones gave her some pain killers and told her to take it easy.  She was at home for three days and I took her back to the hospital because she was in severe pain.  When we got to the ER a different doctor looked at the prior x-rays (taken from the first visit) and said she had a cracked skull and a fractured vertibrea in her neck.  After doing a CT they had noticed she had a bleed but never relieved the pressure, she was in a ward for three more days and had to have an emergency surgery on her brain.  In those three days at home, because one must have faith in a doctor, could have caused this permanent brain injury, she had a stroke, now suffers from long/short term memory loss, impaired vision, loss of smell, balance, agoraphobia, OCD and many other disorders.  The neurosurgeon was called about her digression of health at 1:00 am and the surgeon did not arrive until after 8:00.  It is the first question I feel that could have changed the outcome.  What do you think?
