I also feeling a light headed from a month but im not worry about it for 2 reasons
1-it happened to to me (the dizzy feeling) 3 years ago and in December 2010 I got a head ct scan
with and without contrast and it ruled out brain tumor and bleeding
2-also because after taking some meds I feel better from the dizzy feeling

im in a lot of anxiety and depression about it I cant even work because of my anxiety

8 days ago I was in the emergency room
the doctor there check my  reflexes and told me to smile to lift my legs etc all normal
and he sent me to my family doctor for a
full blood test -came normal

thank you for answering my question
1-as for the blood tests all came normal sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium all these blood tests normal
2-i don't have any numbness in the face.
3-they checked all of my reflexes in the emergency room all normal

also what I feel in my lip is not like repetitive twitch no
it is like my lower lip right side tight or shrink feeling for 2 seconds several times a day. only for 2 second each time then it come to normal
--------
you said it can be a pinched nerve can you please explain it to me? a tumor can be the cause? im soo worry
but if it a pinched nerve it need to be constant right?
I read on the internet that can be a seizure symptom? right? that's makes me a lot worry

also my main question do you think a brain tumor would be the cause?
also in December 2010 I got a head ct without and with contrast due to other symptoms and it ruled out brain tumor and bleeding.

my family doctor told me its only anxiety and he don't think I need onother ct scan.

im in a lot of anxiety I even cry.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
The symptoms could also be due to anxiety. It can also be a pinched lingual nerve. Trigeminal neuralgia is another possibility. Undiagnosed diabetes could be another possibility. Alternatively hypoglycemia too can cause tingling and twitching. Dehydration and electrolyte (sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium) imbalance too could be a cause. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Please discuss this with your doctor. A few blood tests to rule out the above mentioned conditions may be needed. Hope this helps. Take care!
