swelling inside palm

my names nijil, i am an electrician. now i have problem with my right hand. the inner part of my hand;
especially from the left side of the wrist to the whole small finger swells and thereafter cant move the
little finger and it pains when touching.first time occurred when i was climbing a roof only with hands,
six months before.coud u please tell me what may be the problem.some says one of a nerve or blood
vessels may have dislocated. is that possible? how to overcome this?.could u name some websites
where i could know deep about this matter?
my right hand is now completely unusable.please help me if u can.
