Hi,
These are common complications of a shunt placement .VP shunt obstruction or malfunction leads to raised intracranial pressure, which may be causing the symptoms and requires immediate intervention Please consult your neurosurgeon to discuss the possibility of the replacement of the shunt because it is too difficult to live your whole life with such symptoms . Replacing the shunt may solve your problem . Wish you all the best . Hope this helps you . Take care and regards !
