t2 hyperintensity and shy drager

I have the condition Shy Dragger Syndrome, tachychardia, hypotension, migraines, hypothyroid, MPV, and I suffer from chronic pain due to 3 back surgeries and 1 hip surgery. I had two lumbar fusions, one broke and I had to have it done again. I recently had a new MRI and it showed T2 Hyperintensity in the thoracic region. Can you tell me how that may affect my current condition? I am in constant pain that requires daily dilaudid as well as the several other medications I am currently taking. If you have any advice on how this will affect my current back pain or with the Shy Dragger, please let me know. I will appreciate any help.
