Hi, tachycardia in trauma could be due to various reasons like increased sympathetic activity leading to adrenaline rush which acts on receptors in heart causing tachycardia, blood loss in trauma can lead to hypovolumia  which causes compensatory sympathetic discharge, hence causing tachycardia.

What exactly you are looking for?
