Thanks for the question Leanne. I know almost nothing about Fuchs syndrome. I believe it is a form of endothelial dystrophy (problem with the layers of the cornea degenerating). I do not know about mysoline causing Fuchs syndrome but if that is so then I'm not sure why they would resume that medication. No seizure medication should be abruptly stopped because of the increased seizure risk. I assume that the mysoline is being added as the tegratol is being decreased and that should protect her from having a seizure. These questions really should be addressed by her present neurologist. Other than seizures we really do not see withdrawl type symptoms coming off of most seisure medication. Good luck
