Hi.

Have you experienced any trauma recently? Any symptom of fever?

Some of your symptoms do suggest a migraine headache, probably an atypical type, based on the duration. However, other causes cannot be ruled out without a proper neurologic examination.

Have you gone to a neurologist to assess your symptoms? If not, it would be advisable to consult one as soon as possible.

Good luck.

Hi,
How are you feeling now?
This suggests this could be some TIA, but usually resolves after 24 hours.
Persistent suggest neuralgia, may be occipital?
I feel you should consult neurologist and get a scan at earliest.
