my wife cut her tip of her thumb off and it was hanging by a thin piece of skin. the cut went through her fingernail, about 1/2 an inch off the left tip of the left hand thumb. this was about 10 days ago. today she is experiencing flu like symptoms ...vomiting, slight temperature increase, sore tummy. she is afraid that she has tetnus, i think she only has a stomache flu or mild food bourne illness. any ideas?
