It is unfortunate that an MRI of the cervical and thoracic area was not performed as based on your clinical presentation, there exists the possibility that your symptoms are related to a spine condition at those areas. A nerve impingement or disk herniation could present with some of your symptoms.
It would be advisable for you to consult a neurologist to assess your current symptoms and possibly perform an MRI of the cervical and thoracic spine.
