thornwalt type cyst/angioma

I was given an MRI or a CT. It started, most likey a thrownalt type cyst and white spots or matter on my head.
I told them that I knew I had more white spots on my head and wanted another test done. They took another on and this time said it was a venous angioma. They are just guessing again right?
Has anyone have similar tests and what was the outcome?
