thyroid vs seizure

i had my throid removed in 2/06..i was on levithyroxine 150 mg for 1 1/2 yrs..i felt fine then in oct "08 i had a seizure ..never had one before..i may have had more then 1 that morning i don't remember..i broke my nose had black eyes, swollen hands..had all kinds of tests..my tsh level was 4x below normal..my eeg showed seizure activity..ekg/mri ok..tsh level is fine now..am taking synthroid 200 mg..can a low tsh cause a seizure..until my synthroid kicked in i had no energy and was sore all over, and my arms itched from the elbow to my palms..still do at times..
