tingles in hands and static feeling when bend head ... help

it started last week bend head down and got like eletric shock sort of wierd feeling in my arms and hands... stil mainly get it when bend head down but sometimes get tingles in hands, i work as a landscaper so use alot of vibrating tools???? duno if connected but no one on the landscape forum had this... been to see doc and did a couple tests dont get pains as such just tingles static feel when bend my head or neck like nerve damage it seems, im not sure what to do and if my job is making it worse please help??????????  i dont get headaches or anything else
