tingling, pain, burning, swelling of hands

i have severe swelling burning tingling aching of hands. dr says arthritis ...on voltaren and darvocet following 2 wks of prednisone. no relief from anything. unable to sleep in any position for more then l0 mins.a s symptoms worsen in hands with no movement. had mri of cervical spine results normal except for arthritis no pinched nerve. I receive B l2 inj evey 2 wks l000mcg I also take levothyroxin (levothyroxine) and dilantin help any suggestions.
