tingling hands

hi, i'm really worried about a brain tumor because i've had vertigo on and off for 2 years (dr who i've been to twice says she sees fluid in my ear and it's allergies/sinuses and that it's nothing nuerological). it's accompanied by pressure on my nose and around my eyes, sometimes into my cheeks. no pain most times, except sometimes when i press above one or both eyebrows or on my cheeks it's tender--like a bruise. yesterday i noticed that if i shake my head forward, i get a tingling donw the inside of both arms, into my hands. could this be lhermitte's? it's not down my neck or back, just down my arms, into my hands. and it doesn't happen if i just bend my head, i have to really throw my chin donw to feel it.

I am no doctor but, I have had allot of neck problems and the tingling in your arms could be coming from nerves being pinched in your neck when you position your head that way.  The nerves from your neck run down through your arms and into your hands and a neck injury could cause arm and hand pain and tingling.
