tingling in both arms and sometimes both sides ofmy face

could it be a pinch nerve in the neck.  havent had this problem  for a few months.

It looks like the tingling is due to the Nicotine withdrawal. You will have to wait for a few more days.

i was tested for diabetes blood sugar was good also my blood pressure is good too imgoing thru a nicotine withdrawal. my back is fine it hurts oncein a while. ever since i stopped smoking 5 weeks ago ive been getting lightheaded lil dizzy  went  for a mri and ct scan came back normal blood work and ekg was good and xray too. and both caroterys doppler was good too.

Hello.

A pinched nerve will rarely cause tingling in arms and face and that too, bilaterally. There must be some other causes that you have to consider. I would also like to know since how many days you are having this.

Do you have a history of any back problems ?

Other causes might include diabetes, low blood pressure or substance withdrawal. Do you have any of these ?
