tingling sensation all over head

For about a year and a half now i have been experiencing a tingling feeling throughout my whole head... Its  very nerve racking and makes me feel like something is wrong its pretty much 24/7 When it first started it use to make me very out of it n sometimes i would not be able to socialize or think straight but now ive just kind of learned to deal with it.. I saw faces in my sleep about a year about n had n extremely scary panic attack after that I was put on abilify n lexapro and the tingling went away a little bit but now its back full force Im still on lexapro but not abilify. I am always very stressed and have extreme anxiety everyday over the littlest things.. About a year ago i got an MRI of my head and everything came back perfect.. I just wanna know whats wrong with me
