tired and sometimes light headed

by clairemorton121, Jun 28, 2007 12:00AM
I have been feeling quite tired and listless specifically for the past month now however I've always felt pretty tired to be honest.
I can sleep any where any time of day no matter how many hours sleep I have had. I have a regular sleeping routine generally having between 7 and 8 hours sleep every night.
Recently I've been feeling a little out of it. Not really concentrating doing silly things like misplacing things etc and feeling quite light headed - as if I may fall over if I wasn't careful. Sometimes it feels like things around me are moving when they are not its just my head going a bit funny. (the sensation is like my head is lolling backward on its own accord -although I am perfectly awake at the time).
I've had blood tests for anemia, lipids and thyroid and although I had to repeat the thyroid test it has eventually came back normal.
What could it be? I want to feel awake and lively like normal people.
PS I have a healthy diet, am a healthy weight, non smoker non alcohol drinker who exercises regularly.
