to late for treatment?

i've been in 2 car accidents [not my fault] 1st i was ejected out,2nd head went thru windshield.now 50 i've had yet another accident this time a fall @ lumber yard where i fell full force hitting the top of my head.causing me to black out.i had to shake it off and continue with repairs to home,or at least get lumber to site.2wks later i had intense pain in my neck/arm/elbow/ and numbness in 3 forefingers in rt hand and intense pain in left thumb/left leg/calf..when i'd lie down i'd have to put my arm and neck in the weirdest positions just to lie down.in 8 months i could not find one doctor in this area that would treat with symptoms of pain! was told go to er which i did,they did x rays which showed no brakes[duh!] what i needed was a specialist but there are none in this area i guess[?]well it's been 8 months during which time my brother passed away. at the funeral my sister in law could tell i was having sincere problems and gave me his pain medicine which i took and quartered the pills.i did this as sparingly as possible still striving to find a dr.well i did find a ONE reg md he looked at ct and sent me on to a diagnostic clinic.they showed herniation/bulging disk/spurs/AS/DDD/stenosis/pinched nerves.I told these drs just as i have here.they gave me ua and it showed what i had taken and now i've been released from care due to urinealyses. i'm now dealing with more issues then just pain.i can;t sleep i'm fatigued,i'm depressed i feel hopeless and unworthy or some thing.I am pissed off or on to say the least...I need help NOW and don't know where to turn for help.
