treatment for AVM after the Gamma knife did not work?

I had gamma knife in 2003 it did make the AVM smaller. Now my doctor wants to just watch it. I worried this is not a great idea. What do you think?

im 17 and i just had gamma knife in march of this yr (when i was stil 16) and the 3 month mri showed so signs of a reduction in size but we wernt expecting any.
