treatment for eye blinking

Hi my name is Rita i'm 39 years old.I have had a constant eye blinking most of my life it is driveing me crazy & it makes me avoid people.It is so in barrising people look @ me & i get so ashamed it makes me want to hide from the whole world.Could you please help me in any way you can.Thanks Rita
