treatment for facial palsy

hi, i am 25 years old men. i am a doctor who can't treat himself also frustated. i can't face my patient with my asymetris face. i  have been diagnosed have cholesteatoma and had a surgery (facial nerve decompresion) 3 years ago. but my facial never get better, it  get more worst. i inject myself with methycobalamin 500 mcg, 3 times a week for 3 month,, but it still didn't work. i am considering to try use botox,, is it will help me? is there anythingelse i can do? execpt have plastic surgery,, sorry, my english is not so good
