treatment for raised prolactin level

I have hyperprolactinemia (prolactin level 1787) and have had an MRI which
does not show a tumour - however, my endocrinologist says I have a micro
adenoma reflected by my elevated level of prolactin.  I have just started
to take cabergoline 0.5mg x 2 a week. I am finding it difficult to conceive
- my doctor thinks this is linked to the raised level of prolactin although
I am still ovulating.  Will the cabergoline affect my ability to conceive?
i.e. improve my chances or reduce them?  I have had an ultrasound scan and
this has not shown anything abnormal.  Should I even be taking the cabergoline
if I'm ovulating?
