tremor and pinched nerve

For several years, my bra straps have caused discomfort by diggin into my shoulders. About a year ago, I developed a tremor in my right hand..diagnosed as essential tremor of the intention kind. However, the pain in my shoulder has gotten worse and now radiates down my back by my shoulder blade and into my right bicep. My question is this: could a pinched nerve in the shoulder have anything to do with the tremor. The tremor has worsened in the last two days as has the pain in the shoulder. Thank you.
