tremors sore muscle

tremors sore muscle

I am a 45 year old male. I have had a history of anxiety or GAD. The anxiety manifested itself as fear of heart attack. However, I am now very worried that I have something I should have addressed along time ago. Several months ago I noticed when sleeping during the nigth My body had shakiness, or tremors that pulsated. Now several months later I have it during waking hours and I noticed my left bicept is sore and wont heal. I do minimal workouts and i though I pushed myself to hard.

I have had dizzy spells but I attributed that to lack of eating or blood sugar level. I am not diabetic as far as I know. I do suffer from migraine headaches and recently when my blurred vision : a precursor to my pain in one eye or the other the pain would follow the opposite side of the head where I had visual impairment.

The last headache I had blurred vision and pain on the same side of the head. I a really worried, I have been under tremendous stress , I am a contractor and overworked, Any suggestions
Thanks
