: Dear Doctor:
My name is Bob Lightfoot.  I am a health care attorney in private practice.  I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a short list of names & affiliations of U.S. physicians who would be considered leaders in the field of ulnar nerve surgery, either because of their scholarly writings, or their notariety as eminent ulnar nerve surgeons.  Your assistance is most appreciated.  Thank you.

Unfortunately, I am not that familiar with the ulnar nerve literature and so will not be able to help you much. Lewis Millender MD wrote a book on entrapment neuropathies that people often refer to. He is a professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Tufts School of Medicine in Boston.  The only other name I know is Dr. Culver here at the Cleveland Clinic who is a very experienced orthopedic surgeon.  An orthopedic hand surgeon may be able to give you more references.  Good luck.
