ulnar nerve surgery

by illini, Aug 13, 2009 11:58AM
I had surgery of my ulnar nerve 5/08. I had relief from the pain with in a few months. However after 6 months or so some of the pain has comeback. I had a new nerve test done, they see some nerve damage still there but mostly saying its from scar tissue. Now I have been experiencing pain in my shoulder,I mentioned this to my doctor but he did not comment. I was wondering if the ulnar nerve damage could have anything to due with the pain in my shoulder? I can not sleep on that side. Also it feels as if the my arm is somewhat weaker now than it had been.
Thank you
