Hi there,
since last year i noticed that my right side of the face , neck and trunk sweat more than the left side, and some times sweating is only of the right side while the left one is dry. in addition, i have lot of psychological disturbances including major depressive illness ( according to the diagnosis of psychiatrist ). any scientific explanation of my complaint please? i'm really worried. thanks alot.

Hi,
Unilateral sweating may be  caused by disturbance of the autonomic nervous system. The symptom may also be observed in persons suffering from Multiple sclerosis. Please consult a neurologist for complete examination, diagnosis and treatment. Hope this helps you. Take care and regards!
