unusual question for the Doctor

Hi, this probably isn't thyroid related but I thought you'd maybe be able to explain this anyway. First off this is a very unusual question I know, so bear with me and keep an open mind here.  For as long as I can remember, even since I was a kid,  I have been able to effectively release "energy" inside my body which seems to originate in the pelvic area and perhaps spread up thru the abdomen.    When I do this,  I can dramatically raise my pulse on command without even moving my body.     It does take a bit of concentration to do a big surge without my body shaking or convulsing.   Often times,  I have become slightly "addicted" to doing this as it seems to release a pleasurable chemical afterwards... If I do it hard enough, and my body convulses then I can easily cause a muscle spasm or pulled muscle,  but that's only if I try to really over do it.

I used to also be able to cause this effect exclusively in my head.  So, I could do it in my head or abdomen/pelvis.  When I did it in my head my face would turn very flushed aftewards, and again if I did it too hard  I may cause a pulled muscle in my neck.

However, about 3 years ago it felt like the inside of my head feel "asleep" and I have had a dull, moderate headache ever since as well as severe lightheaded episodes...I have been to several doctors unable to explain my head pain (i didn't tell them what i'm explaining here).   Since the dull constant headache started, I have been unable to release this energy in my head, but still can in my abdomen.  Since then, I have had increasing fatigue, chronic chest wall or possibly cardiac pain, and lightheaded spells, and now since that began I find it more difficult to effectively release the energy in my pelvic area.

Can you even remotely explain this?

Yes, I suppose this could be a release as I am on the verge of muscular contraction.  When I attempt to evoke a higher level of this energy,  when I pass a certain point of effort,  typically my muscles will contract very hard  or my body will start to shake, and often this will cause a muscle spasm/strain.

This energy I have only been able to release in the pelvic area,  or,  another area of energy within my head, exclusively.   However, 3 years ago, I did begin to have a constant, chronic headache.   It is a dull, mind-numbing, heavy headed feeling,  or a pressure feeling and my mind has become dull with cognative difficulties.

Then again, here in the last 3-4 months I've begun having severe lightheaded spells lasting 5 minutes - 6 hours at a time, along with weakness, a sinking/cold/hollow feeling in my chest, chronic chest pain (possibly chest wall pain), palpatations, and an unexplainable "bad energy" (similar to, but different that nausea) which translates to amotivation and fatigue,  within my abdomen/chest region.  My EKG during one of these episodes is normal.

(I wonder what an EEG would show?)

Again, one very obvious condition that I have experienced in regards to the head pain - Is that ever since it began 3 years ago, if i attempt to release this energy exclusively within my head,  I feel as thought I can release slight energy, but I then literally feel as if I  "hit a wall of resistance"  put up by the dull head pressure, which prevents me from furthering  the energy release in the head.
However, I am still able to release energy in the pelvic area.

Look forward to your reply

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello.

I won't say that I can explain the science behind it, but we can try to get nearer to what it could be.

Release of energy has been a natural process. In everything that we do, or even think,  we are releasing a tremendous amount of energy, as individuals and as group of people. It could be called the collective energy of the human existence.

What you have been practicing is a similar to, if not exactly the same as yoga and meditation. But your definition of release of energy has to be clear. You are voluntarily bringing on the release of energy. Thoughts can control body states. When you concentrate on the pelvic region, the brain sends signals to the abdominal and pelvic muscles. The muscles may contract or be on the verge on contraction. This state of "being on the verge of contraction" creates and releases a lot of tension. It is a feedback loop.

I believe in the medical science. But that does not mean I do not believe what has not been proven yet. What you do is probably what number of yogis in the Himalayas have been doing and practicing.

If you have checked you blood pressure, you will notice a fall in the blood pressure after the energy release. I suspect there is some fluctuation in the blood pressure which is the cause of the light headedness and the headache. Please monitor your blood pressure for a few days.

Since you are having these headaches, you are probably not being able to concentrate and focus your attention as well as earlier. That's why you are facing difficulties now.

I would like to discuss more.

Regards
