Hi.

Do you experience any other symptoms aside from the arm pain? Are both arms affected? Any neck or back pains?

Your symptoms are non-specific and could be caused by many conditions, including muscle strain or nerve impingement. It would be best if you consulted a physician who can evaluate your condition.

Good luck.
