Jordan,
Systemic enzyme therapy may help this condition.
Wobenzym is a blend of several enzymes. Research has been done mostly in Europe.
I became aware of it when I realized that I had symptoms of hypercoagulation as part of my chronic Lyme Disease.
When I googled for: artery occlusion wobenzym, I found these references to show you:

VIRTUAL LAF CONFERENCE
SUBJECT: Nattokinase – Interim Survey
Excerpt:
INTRO SUMMARY
It is clear to me the approach to avoiding strokes and heart attacks is by preventing
inflammation which is the initiator of the whole cascade of contributory
conditions…including oxidized LDL, elevated CRP, elevated fibrinogen, and
elevated homocysteine.
While nattokinase and serrapeptase have these properties, they are aimed more
specifically or have a specificity toward breaking down and preventing clots.
The second prong of the approach to prevent or reduce inflammation would be
through the use of other oral systemic enzymes with high propensities for reducing
inflammation such as pancreatin, bromelain, papain, chymotripsin, trypsin, rutin…all
contained in Wobenzym N.

There is a great deal of information available about systemic enzyme therapy.
I tried several enzymes, and settled on Wobenzym, which has reduced the intensity
and frequency of my severe ongoing headaches.
I've read other information that people who received heparin therapy noticed that
their migraines were alleviated. This led me to try systemic enzymes.
Another therapy that may help is the use of far infrared to increase the nitric oxide of the tissues which will increase bloodflow to area.
I purchased a Thermotex Platinum far infrared pad to use on my low back, and was very pleased.
When I developed symptoms of clot in my right lower extremity, I increased my Wobenzym and used the Thermotex pad for six to ten hours daily on the leg.
Four days of this reduced the symptoms, and the condition resolved.
You can find many products and vendors for infrared therapy.

Thanks for your helpful advise .
Unless there are any contraindications, conservative treatment with anticoagulants is the primary treatment for vertebral artery occlusion. However, if symptoms are severe, endovascular or surgical procedures can be considered.
