Since I see you had no answer until now I can tell you that I suffer from vertigo too but I was diagnosed "migraine equivalent".
Migraine has so many forms that it even appears without headache like it does in my case.
I have sometimes pressure feelings too.
I advise you to look at Internet and surf for migraine, you will be surprised how many different forms there are.
