I had the vertigo less than a month ago, was same rocky as if i am in a boat.
It was for like 3-4 days and went by itself, but i coudnt feeling the dizzness when I sat down or lie.
I also got ear problems for a while(years) now and today i went for the hearing test, they say my hearing test is all good and couldnt be ear infection.
Plus i am getting this head pressure in my head so much.
Hi Anabelle,
First thing first you should get yourself evaluated by a Cardiologist and also a Neurologist.
Anxiety disorder can also have similar symptoms.
Most patients with true vertigo have a peripheral vestibular disorder, such as benign positional vertigo. This is usually associated with tinnitus and hearing loss.
Vertigo is the illusion that you - or your surroundings - are moving. You may feel that you are spinning, tilting, rocking, or falling through space. You may vomit or have ringing in the ears (tinnitus).
Certain forms of Migraine can cause similar symptoms and also Transient Ischemic Attacks.

We are basically in the same boat of worry.
Good luck, have hope.
