Ever find any info on this? I have always had tendon problems.  The only thing I've seen is vitamin B-12.  Being a walking tendon I take it all the time already.  Mines in my left foot after I had been standing on pavement for 2 weeks in bad shoes.  I can only assume it's nerve damage.  Pain is one thing but it "vibrates" in intervals and it keeps me up all night.  It's literally making me crazy at this point.

I'm a 46 yr. old Male that's about 20lbs overweight. A few days ago i hurt my back (NO IDEA how i did this) the pain is above my right rear pocket at about the waist and get a burning sensation when i rub a lotion (like Aspir-cream or DMSO) on it then a bout 2 days ago noticed a rhythmic vibration in my right foot below my little toe (like a cat purring in 1-2 second intervals) I am diabetic but my glucose levels have been averaging around 130 for the last month. i don't notice it while walking in fact it takes awhile to start back up after I've walked a little bit. I've had pain in my inner thighs for about 6 months (my Dr. knows about it) but only when i twist my legs like crossing them when sitting. Any ideas anyone? the vibrations don't hurt but is quite annoying.

I have noticed in the past few weeks vibrations on the top of my left foot. I can't see it doing this but it is definately worrying me. I am a 55 yr old active african american female, significantly over weight, and have a total knee replacement of left knee for about 15 yrs. I have been dianosed with OA and have had surgery on my right shoulder for a torn muscle due to bone spurs. I have been having trouble with my left shoulder for the past few months. I think the feeling is more like a buzzing more than a vibration. I have noticed that quite a few people on this post are having the same problem. This happens when I sitting, walking or just standing still.

I had the same problem a two weeks ago. I would feel a vibration in the heel of my right foot. The vibration would last for a few seconds and would happen every 12-15 seconds. It was annoying as hell and i felt like i had a phone under my heel set on vibrate mode. I immediately contacted my physician regarding this and he suggested i take Vitamin B complex as B12 strengthens the nerves. The vibration is almost gone.I sometimes get a buzz.. a couple of times a day. which i think is a huge improvement.
