vibrations in different parts of body

For the past few mths I have have vibrations in different parts of body.  One day it may be my foot.  Another my arm or waist.  Feels ike when u have a cell phone in your pocket and have it set on vibrate.  During this time I have also awaken some nights every hour to have to get up and urinate.  At the least I have to get up to urinate 4 times in an 8 hr period.  Maybe once or twice a wk I wake up feeling very jittery as thou my body is going to start shaking.  I am going through menopause as I have had the blood test to verify that.  Dont know if any of this is related.  I am 49 yrs old.
