Sorry to hear about what you are going through.  I have a vibration/shaking feeling when I lay down to sleep at night. Some nights it's worse that others.  I really don't notice it when I am awake.  Just when I am trying to relax.  Keep looking on other sites.  I think fibromyalgia and MS sites have some people with vibration sensations.  Good luck.
