wake up with muscle spasm

i have been diagnosed with  mild parkinson  put on sinemet and  clonazepam

cannot sleep thru the night  wake up with muscle spasm in left leg and middle back

take 1mg clonazepam and 200/50 mg  sinmet  at bed time

take 100/25 mg sinmet thu the day 4 times

was told to take 100mg trazodone at night  what do you think was using valium for years before any of this stuff

was going on

Muscle spasms are a common side effect of Parkinsons, often from muscle fatigue. In my experience sinemet and clonazepam won't prevent this alone. See your doc for advice on this, as they can often be one of the worst things about this disease.
