waking from sleep, muscle twitch, limbs easy to fall asleep, tremor

Hello and thanks.
For about 30 days i have had trouble staying asleep and during day limbs fall asleep easy and strange sensations. muscle twitches around whole body but mostly right arm and legs crawling around spine, and now a tremor that i cant see but causes furniture to shake, etc

have right arm weakness and suspected caepel tunnel at first but symptoms seem much bigger.

about 3 months ago feel and got stiff neck for a few months and spine crawling folowed about 2 weeks later. other symptoms began about a month ago. recently had run marathon, switched beds traveled very long distance and moved.
Commonly i wake within 2-4 hours of sleep onset sometimes go back to sleep sometimes not. at first limbs would be numb. during day legs feel tired feet fall asleep a lot and feel not quite right.
Went to ER doc once and got muscle relaxant that helped sleep, also some basic neurological test that didnt rveal clinical weakness and a negative diabetes test. no other blood test mri done.
any thoughts, starting to develop anxiety about MS/ALS/Cancer. have appointment scheduled in 6 weeks with neuro and cant go sooner,  Any ideas on causes or possible remedies Thanks Jason

What is BFS?  I apologize, but I am new to so much of this terminology.

thanks for the support. never had medical issues before so this is a challenge. anyone else have similar experience. someone mentioned BFS? as a possible non-serious cause are these symptoms consistent?

Jason,  Sounds miserable.  I know that it takes a long time to get into see a good neruologist, but other doctors don't always understand the symptoms.  Try not to read too much online to diagnose yourself.  Keep yourself comfortable and don't stress to much as it can tend to increase your symptoms.  Keep us posted.
