what can be wrong

On going problem , weakness in both legs, especially left leg from knee down, hyper reflex in both legs at the knee tap point, tingling in toes, both feet. Lower back pain, tight muscles.Tend to drag left leg if not concentrating on that action. MRI from head to tail, no obvious problems. Current doctor wants a B-12 blood test. What???
