what has happened???

For the past two years I have had my penis crushed. Thirty minutes at a time I have women stand on my penis barefoot and with shoes. Some with high hells on the head. I have totaled about twenty hours of this action and now can no longer achieve an erection. Many times it has been swollen, not hard , for up to a week. Seems as though blood was under the skin. I have a foot fetish and unfortunately this is the result, but is this permanate? I know this was stupid, but the girls liked doing it and I did too. What has really happened to my penis???

i am assuming there is no circulation in it. When its hot outside and above 100 degrees and I am sweating , IT is cold to the touch and feels dead, Im thinking of letting her finish it. she is willing to , might as well, its useless.

I welcome your comments, I would like to know if this is a long term ordeal, The shape appears to be flat even in a soft state. I fear I have ruined my life and I am to embarrassed to go to a doctor or urologist , what is your professional opinion?

Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include penile fracture/ muscular injury, psychological stress, performance anxiety, depression, neurogenic disorders peyronie's disease, medications, alcohol, smoking, drugs/medications, hormonal imbalance, radiation therapy, kidney failure, metabolic disorders, multiple sclerosis, hypertension, diabetes, prostatitis, urethritis etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a urologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
