what is wrong with me

ok here it is i am 27, have three kids and just recently started having these symptoms:  light headed, dizziness, weakness,disoreiontion, and if i am walking when it hits i feel like my body is going numb. they come and go but they always hit at the same time and usually only lasts for a min. or two

The term dizziness is used by many to describe a variety of head sensations or gait unsteadiness.
Faintness is usually described as light-headedness followed by visual blurring and postural swaying.
It is a symptom of insufficient blood, oxygen, or, rarely, glucose supply to the brain. It can occur prior to a syncopal event of any etiology and with hyperventilation or hypoglycemia.
Lightheadedness can also occur as an aura before a seizure.
I think you should be seeing a neurologist and also cardiologist for further evaluation.
Your symptoms are hinting towards seizure like episode which are supposed to be ruled by clinical examination and also by investigation

Thank you for that information, my father had epilipse. I thought that it skipped generations but i havent reseached it . are headaches a symptom as well?

I think you got it right that as epilepsy runs in family you can also have it.
You should be diagnosed with the help of investigations to rule out any seizure like disorder.
Headaches are indeed symptoms associated with seizure, but they present before seizure as an aura.

Thank you it is my chosen indian name. This has always been a fear of my.  My grandmother seems to think it may be my blood sugar, i had an  uncle who had diabetes. I heard that epilepse can lie dormnate and be triggered by extreme curcimstances, and i figure having three kids in three years can be pretty extreme for one persons body so this has gotten me pretty scared.  I reside in maryville tn, and do not have insurance at this time. Do you know of any doctors in tn that would even see me without insurance?

Thanks, My mother thinks i should ask you if my daily life and the schedule i was keeping for about a month could have anything to do with this.  Like i said before i have three small kids, and i was a stay at home mom, but then i got a job and was really not getting any sleep, and my stress levels are pretty high, with everyday life ****. do you think that it could possible be stress realated.

Stress is the condition that results when person-environment transactions lead the individual to perceive a discrepancy, whether real or not, between the demands of a situation and the resources of the person's biological, psychological or social systems. Anxiety is a normal reaction to stress.

Yes that helps very much, My kids are doing okay actually. the oldest acts fine , the middle wants to do nothing but scream and cry if anyone gets on to him, the youngest is fighting sleep really bad though which isnt like him. thank you very much if i have anymore questions i know who to find!! lol
