what now for meningioma pain

surgery on january 27, 2009 to remove meningioma behind left eye. in 10 days it will be four months and i still have pain, not unbearable but enough to ruin my quality of life. had top neurosurgeon. sent to pain management doctor last month. pathetic...said pain might be because of surgery...duh. said i was taking too many narcotics and that is exactly why i wanted to see him, to find an alternate treatment. i was taking 7 10mg tablets of hydrocodone daily. i thought maybe there might be an injection, anything. he said he couldn't help me and wanted to send me to a neurologist. reminded him that i had been sent to him by a top neurologist, ignored me and wrote out a name for another neurologist. am in pain, have been for days...what should i do? if i get an allergy headache, it's really bad on top of the pain. bad headaches cause nausea and vomiting, swelling along the left side of my head(my surgeon said that's normal)...any suggestions?
