what should I do

what should I do

for the last five years I have been experiencing some symptoms that no one can figure out.
Extreme fatigue not just I am tired but fatigue just moving in bed, chewing food, walking up a flight of stairs
Very weak, i dont do housework, i cant garden, i lay in bed on most days
Headache pressure mostly in back of head
No stamina
Difficulty with memory
Difficulty finding the right word
Not able to multitask
Not able to exercise as it increases the fatigue and wipes me out over the next several days
Not able to be outside on very warm days if I do I feel like I have the flu
tremors when reaching for my coffee cup or eating cereal in the morning i also sometimes feel my head moving side to side
winded with climbing stairs or walking a block
burning tongue like I had burned it on hot food
sun burn sensation on arms
right ear fullness
heart palpitations when I walk up stairs
Any idea what is wrong with me ...I would like to be like I was 5 years ago

Welcome to the neurology forum of medhelp. Thanks for writing. Extreme fatigue can be a manifestation of disorders of blood like anemia , hypothyroidism, chronic insomnia. Is there a source for chronic blood loss? Systemic lupus erythematosus needs to be investigated clinically and autoantibody screen including anti nuclear antibody(ANA) and anti ENA(extractable nuclear antigen). Chronic fatigue syndrome could be a possible diagnosis because you have been having chronic fatigue for more than 6 months now, muscle pains, pain in joints, headaches, sleeping problems etc. it is usually a diagnosis of exclusion. Consult a physician immediately who would like to do complete blood counts, thyroid profile, polysomnography or sleep studies. I hope this helps.

This pranayam will relax you and help with the underlying problem.Come back to report your progress and I will suggest some more techniques you do yourself. This is a way to help the body recover.
Build up your timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30  minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs. You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.
